Selected Bibliography of Ethnobotany
and Ethnopharmacology, Part I
The selected bibliography (in two parts curare 1/90 and 2/90) is compiled by JOACHIM STERLY, Arbeitskreis
Ethnomedizin, Hamburg, in collaboration with CLAUS DEIMEL, Hamburg, MICHAEL HEINRICH, Freiburg, and
EKKEHARD SCHRÖDER, Saabrücken, members of the AGEM (Arbeitsgemeinschaft Ethnomedizin), Heidelberg, on the
base of continued editorial work with the journals „Ethnomedicine‘“ and „curare‘“ and the experience of teaching
athnobotany. The first part covers ethnobotany general and ethnopharmacology general and the regional ethnobotany of
Oceania and the Americas. The second part will continue with regional ethnobotany from Europe, Africa and Asia and will
be added with a detailed list of jornals which are relevant for ethnobotanical studies.
